What a wonderful shot! You can see exactly what the scene was and yet you have a marvelous effect! I see I need to get back out there! LOL
Hi Sharon,
This is actually 2 shots sandwiched together. The first shot was taken as a normal photo; the second shot was a zoom of the lens. In Photoshop I loaded both images and stacked them on top of each other. I changed the opacity of the zoom layer to about 70%.
